Question:
From the Ask Joe file, we have a question from a viewer about some cosmetic changes underway at one of our local resorts.
Several people, including Bill in Reno, wrote in asking what is happening to the outside of the Grand Sierra Resort?
Bill said when he drove by recently, it looked like crews were removing the company's logo from the exterior of the building.

Answer:
Joe checked with Karen Rowe, the Director of Advertising for the Grand Sierra. Rowe said they are changing the logos and sprucing up the marquee on the outside of the resort. They are making a push for July when a new nightclub called Lex is going to open up at the Grand Sierra. New owners bought the GSR about three years, ago and Rowe said they have put about $45 million into the resort, including the new nightclub.
So, they felt it was a good idea to make some changes on the outside, as well. Keep an eye out for a few more changes to be announced in the near future at the GSR.

The old logo looks like a yoni. Too bad.
