At-risk youth help clean up parks for Earth Day

RENO, Nev. (MyNews4.com & KRNV) -- Sierra Nevada Job Corps students took to Stead Tuesday morning to pick up trash and collect recyclables at area parks and sports complexes.

A total of 35 students split up to get to as many parks as possible in their commitment to a cleaner earth. Sierra Nevada Job Corps is a federally funded training facility that offers free technical and academic training for at-risk youth.
