LAKE TAHOE, Calif. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) -- The autopsy of Alyssa Byrne did not reveal the cause or time of death, according to Lt. Pete Van Arnum.
Van Arnum says they have sent blood samples to a laboratory to be examined, and results and toxicology report are expected in 4-6 weeks
There was no obvious sign of death on Alyssa Byrne’s body, as her body was frozen.
