I'm really thinking there shouldn't even BE a CCW necessary in Nevada. The only possible reason for a special permit to conceal carry is to prevent scaring Citizens who are afraid of guns. I figure if someone wants to open carry-fine. No problem. If someone wants to conceal carry,fine-what people don't know won't matter to 'em. (BTW-a LOT of people will carry concealed even without a permit,because if they are attacked it's easier to get forgiveness than to get permission. I know,it's wrong,but if there's no trouble,nobody will ever know. If there IS trouble,I say the more citizens with guns,concealed or not,the better.) Still,this Bill is a great thing in its own right.
