RENO, Nev. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) --Bishop Manogue Seniors Devonte German and M.J. Farthing were among 164 athletes nation-wide named to the 2013 Louisville Slugger Pre-Season High School All-America baseball team.
German was chosen as a First Team Multi-position player, and Farthing was chosen as an Honorable Mention Outfielder. German will play at the University of Nevada next year, while Farthing has committed to the University of Kansas.
Louisville Slugger sponsors the High School All-America team, which is chosen by the staff of Collegiate Baseball newspaper.
