Mike Bosma of the Bosma Group created the concept after years of seeing his clients travel from office to office, to get help with their financial needs.
More than 1500 companies are represented, includuing services in legal, IT, human resources, sales, marketing and accounting.
Businesses that buy into the building get more than office space, they also become connected with fellow professionals and being in such close proximity allows for great networking opportunities.
Office space is available and styarts at $300 a month for a drop-in spot at the coworking area on the first floor, to $1000 a month for a private office.
