Sparks, Nev. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) - Just before 3am Friday December 14, 2012 one car crashed into a Sparks home forcing NV Energy to shut off a gas line that runs between Queen and Olsen Way in Sparks.
Sparks Police say two cars were racing in the area and crashed in front of a home at 463 East Queen Way. They say one of the drivers lost control and crashed into a gas meter on the side of the house causing a major gas leak.

When other officers arrived on scene, they found two men by the names of Brandon Allen and Matthew Sixberry sitting in a car on Olson and Gamble. After a further investigation police linked the men to the crash.
The men were taken to the hospital for precautionary care but they are ok. Both were arrested for DUI, Reckless Driving and other traffic related offenses.
