CARSON CITY, Nev. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) -- Gregory Alan Pugh, 52, was sentenced in Carson City District Court, on Tuesday, for one count of Attempted Establishing or Possessing Financial Forgery Lab and Possessing Forged Instruments or Bills, according to District Attorney Neil Rombardo.
Pugh received 4-10 years and 15 months to five years respectively. Rombardo says the two sentences will run concurrent to each other. As a result, Pugh will spend a minimum of 4 years and up to 10 years in prison, which is the maximum sentence.
