FISH SPRINGS, Nev. ( & KRNV) -- Wednesday's flash flood in the Fish Springs area has several agencies and departments working together to clean it up.

Officials said the flash flooding caused hazardous conditions, not only from the amount of water, but also because it was nighttime. Mel Road and Jo Lane are currently closed until further notice.

Officials estimate nine people who live in the area have interior damage, and multiple houses were flooded and yards were ruined.
