LIMA, PERU (KRNV & MyNews4.com) -- CNN is reporting that Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is taking responsibility for the deadly September 11 assault in Benghazi, Libya.
Clinton says the buck stops with her when it comes to who is to blame in an interview just after arriving in Lima, Peru today. She also insisted President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden are not involved in security decisions.
