RENO, Nev. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) -- Washoe County School District encourages students of all ages to a college fair featuring information from college representatives and tips on essay writing and financial aid.
The fair will be held Nov. 4 at the University of Nevada, Reno. The Western Association for College Admission Counseling is joining with WCSD counseling staff to hold the College Fair at the Joe Crowley Student Union from noon until 4 p.m. Reno Mayor Bob Cashell and Sparks Mayor Geno Martini have acknowledged the importance of the event by declaring the week of October 29 to November 4 as “Reno/Sparks Goes to College Week.”
