RENO, NEV. (KRNV & senior at Wooster High School put an idea into action, and now for the second year, is giving back to the community.

Tailor Lansborough came up with the idea of "Colt's Boutique" last year. She says there are girls at her school and other girls in the district who can't afford a brand new dress for a school dance. So, with the help of faculty at Wooster High School, she came up with Colt's Boutique.

"I think it's really important that we give back to the community and especially our own Colt's, and give everybody a chance to have fun and get the high school experience," says Lansborough.

Right now, there are about 60 dresses for girls to chose from, along with shoes and jewelry. Dresses start as low as $4 and go up to $20.  Jewelry prices start at $4 and go as low as $1.

"They're in awe, they just light up and they just get to try on all these dresses and have fun with their friends and when they find "the" dress, they're definitely excited," says Lansborough.

Colt's Boutique will be going on until 5 pm on Thursday, January 16th and until 5 pm on Friday January 17th.

If you have a dress you'd like to donate as well, you can bring it to the front office at Wooster High School.
