SACRAMENTO, Calif. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) -- A federal judge has decided against proposed plans to expand Homewoood Mountain Resort.
The judge says Placer County and Tahoe Regional Planning Agency did not fully analyze building requirements
The project would have transformed the Homewood Mountain Resort into an overnight destination resort with hundreds of new condominiums and hotel rooms.
