RENO, Nev. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) -- A new era has begun in the University of Nevada athletic department.
New Wolf Pack Athletic Director Doug Knuth was introduced to the media this afternoon here at Legacy Hall.
Knuth has said since before his hiring that one of his most important goals is putting together a solid team around him to push Nevada to the next level in collegiate athletics.
Knuth's resume is impressive; while at Michigan State, he was part of a record setting fundraising effort. While at Utah, he was part of the Utes' transition out of the Mountain West Conference into the PAC-12.
