ELKO, Nev. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) -- Elko Police say a driver hit a wall after failing to remove the frost from his windows.
The incident happened around 7:30 this morning. The man driving, police say, collided with a snow bank, then the historic rock wall located at 6th and Pine Streets in Elko. Police say there were no injuries sustained.
The driver, traveling alone and possibly speeding, was cited for "Driving While Obstructed."
