Easter cooking with Charlie Palmer Executive Chef

RENO, Nev. (MyNews4.com & KRNV) --Easter is right around the corner and if you'd like to take the family out for a special holiday brunch Charlie Palmer's Steak at the Grand Sierra Resort may be the place for you. News 4 met with Executive Chef David Holman and he says they will host a special brunch Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

"We love doing different stuff, we're doing roasted hams, prime rib, roasted leg of lamb," Holman says. "We're doing a lot of flambes and using seasonal products."

Holman recommends using brown sugar and cherries for the ceramic glaze.
