SPARKS, Nev. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) -- The Sparks Police Department will be holding an evidence viewing for the stolen property recovered during a search warrant in the 400 block of 9th Street. last week.
All victims of a theft or burglary may view the property, however everyone requesting to view the property must have a police report in hand from the local law enforcement agency describing the stolen property.
The evidence viewing will be held on May 22nd and May 23rd from 10am-6pm at the Sparks Police Department at 1701 E. Prater Way. All persons who wish to participate in the viewing must come to SPD with their police reports in hand and come to the front desk of the department. Once the reports are reviewed for the property that is missing, they will be escorted to a secure area where they will be able to view the property. If property is located, it will be photographed and released to the owners on site.
Please be aware that the Sparks Police Department does not have the ability to research other agencies cases and print copies of those reports.
