RENO, Nev. (MyNews4.com & KRNV) -- Students and faculty battled it out on the hardwood on Wednesday, all for a good cause. McQueen High School held their second annual charity basketball game.

All the money raised is going to help two McQueen teachers and their daughters. English teacher Jennifer Marini's daughter, Ella, has transverse myelitis, an inflammation of the spinal cord. Science teacher Conrad Peterson's daughter, Lexi, suffers from Rett Syndrome, a neuro-developmental disorder.

McQueen's Athletic Director Pat Condon said the school would like to make this an annual tradition.
