FALLON, Nev. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) --The auction of the Fallon Theatres has been called off. News 4 spoke with owner Bob Erickson and he says they were able to come to a refinancing agreement with their lenders.

Without the agreement the theater was facing forecloser.

Fallon Theatres was scheduled to be auctioned in front of the Churchill County Courthouse at 11 a.m.

The two-screen, 10,000-square-foot building is the only movie theater in Fallon and Churchill County.

Erickson tells News 4 they still hope to one day make the upgrade to digital.
