Seriously or is this a joke? The responsible party is not the NHP, it is the carjacker. This is a waste of every taxpayers money to have to defend the absurb complaint. This couple has now lowered themselves to that of a thief in their desire to STEAL money from NHP. The next time you get a ticket from NHP don't be surprised if the officer keeps a loaded weapon pointed at you. You might just be another criminal that would surprise him by jumping into his vehicle and stealing it. To prevent that from EVER happening again and being sued he will treat you and your speeding ticket as if you are America's most wanted. We will indeed have people like this for frivilous lawsuits to thank. No lawsuit can be filed for police harassment because he had to treat you that way or be sued if one more unknown criminal gets the jump on him.
