OK, I am trying to understand this logic. We should only do it if they are REALLY REALLY drunk and not just legally drunk. So if someone at .08001BAC kills someone in an accident, it really isn't as bad as if they were twice the legal limit. Maybe it makes more sense after smoking a big fattie?????

It should only be mandatory for first timers with a blood alcohol twice the legal limit. I'm curious though... Why is it, you have the right to drink and be responsible for your actions but you don't have the right to smoke pot and be equally responsible for your actions? When you compare the two, it's apparent which is the lesser of two evils!
