In a town of like 300 people, I wonder who it could be? It blows me away that people are that stupid and I'm sure they will act surprised when they are arrested and taken to jail. Small petty crimes are worth nothing. What did the guy have in his wallet? 20 bucks? Whatever the amount it's not worth a "armed robbery" charge and a permanent record. These criminals will be convicted and they will be sent to prison where the real "pain" can begin. It's like ruining your life for a few bucks, might as well broke into a newspaper machine, you would probably get more money that way.
