Former Hells Angels member sentenced to 12.5 years in prison for Nugget shooting

RENO, Nev. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) -- The 2011 motorcycle gang melee at John Ascuaga's Nugget learned his fate today.

Cesar Villagrana was sentenced to 12 and a half years in prison, with the possibility of parole after three years. Villagrana accepted a plea deal back in June to plead guilty to battery with a deadly weapon and challenge to a fight with a weapon resulting in death.

Last month, Ernesto Gonzalez was sentenced to life in prison with the possibility of parole after 20 years for killing Jeffrey "Jethro" Pettigrew - the president of the San Jose chapter of the Hells Angels.
