Reno, Nev. (MyNews4.com & KRNV) -- Nevada defensive back Malik James has been dismissed from the football program and now News 4 has learned the former backup cornerback was arrested for DUI and careless driving early Sunday morning.
Head Coach Chris Ault announced James' dismissal Sunday night, saying James had violated team rules.
James, a senior, had earned himself a backup spot at cornerback this spring.
