RENO, Nev. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) -- Northern Nevada's most decorated World War II veteran and former Washoe County District Attorney Jack Streeter has died.
Streeter passed away on Feb. 16 at the age of 91.
He was a native Nevadan and longtime Reno resident.
Streeter graduated from Sparks High School and went on to attend UNR.
As a soldier, he was involved in the D-Day invasion during World War II. He became the most decorated Nevadan from that war.
