SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) -- Gino DiMatteo, the former pot club owner from South Lake Tahoe, has pleaded not guilty to the three drug charges against him.
DiMatteo made his plea during an arraignment Monday in a Sacramento federal court. According to LakeTahoeNews.com, the bail review scheduled for Monday was postponed because DiMatteo may be changing lawyers. In the meantime, he remains in custody.
