RENO, Nev. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) -- Immunize Nevada, Washoe County Health District and Washoe County School District are partnering to provide students with free flu and Tdap vaccinations this fall beginning Tuesday, October 9.
Clinics will be held primarily in elementary schools and middle schools with 6th grade students. The clinics are scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis on Tuesdays and Thursdays through December. Funding for these school based clinics is made possible by the Nevada State Immunization Program (NSIP) through a grant from the Nevada State Health Division and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
