Free strobe smoke alarms for deaf residents

RENO, Nev. ( & KRNV) -- Washoe County residents who are deaf or hard of hearing got a chance to get a free strobe smoke alarm on Wednesday.

Washoe County Emergency Officials and Truckee Meadows Fire Protection District teamed up to give free strobe alarms and vibrating alert smoke detectors to kids and their families.
