RENO, Nev. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) -- There is yet another development in the back and forth between Reno and concerned residents about the Gaslight Project near University Ridge.
Last night, the City Council overturned an earlier decision by city staff who had decided no use permit was need. The Planning Commission had denied a special use permit to subdivide property near University Ridge. That was after the city council overruled the planning commission's approval for a concrete crushing plant there. The Reno City Council will now hear an appeal next month on the planning commission's denial of that use permit.
