SAN FRANCISCO (AP) -- An emergency motion has been filed with the U.S. Supreme Court asking it to overrule the federal appeals court that freed California to issue marriage licenses to gay couples. A lawyer for sponsors of the state's same-sex marriage ban says the high court's consideration of the case is not done yet because his clients still have 22 days to ask the justices to reconsider their decision holding that Proposition 8's backers did not have legal authority to defend the ban.

Hoped that the founding father's should give them slap on the head. Here's some tips for you gays that you need to remember why those stripes is important :The flag is made up of three elements, the red and white stripes, which represent the original thirteen colonies, and the canton or union with white stars on the blue background, numbering fifty, which represents the current fifty states.
