RENO, Nev. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) -- The newest addition to the City of Reno’s management team is marketing veteran, Deanna Gescheider, who has been hired as Director of the Office of Communications and Community Engagement.
Gescheider has more than 15 years of experience leading the marketing efforts in the Reno-Tahoe area.
For the past five years, she was Regional Vice President of Sales and Marketing for JMA Ventures, LLC, a full service real estate investment firm with more than $500 million in existing projects spanning hospitality, leisure, residential developments, retail, office and industrial/telecom, including holdings such as Alpine Meadows and Homewood Mountain Resorts. She oversaw the re-branding of Alpine Meadows that lead to one of the highest revenue-producing seasons in the history of the ski resort.
