RENO, Nev. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) -- Nevada students will soon benefit from three grants awarded by the State Health Division.
About 19,000 students from Washoe, Lyon and Clark counties will benefit from the grants which will be used to develop new or enhance existing comprehensive school based health centers. The grants will also help enhance emergency preparedness.
Grant recipients include the Nevada Board of Regents, Community Health Alliance Foundation and Health Communities Coalition.
