RENO, Nev. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) -- Join Harrah’s Reno tonight as dozens of employees and supporters will come together to feed over 1,000 homeless residents and low-income families at the intersection of 6th and Center Streets.
In 2011, Harrah’s fed over 1,300 in need. This year, the casino is preparing for as many as 1,500 people to take advantage of the meal.
Setup and preparation will begin in late afternoon. Dinner will officially begin at 5 p.m. with families seated first. The dinner will continue until approximately 7 p.m. or until all mouths are fed.
