RENO, Nev. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) -- Harvey Whittemore pleaded not guilty to four criminal counts. He was released on own recognizance without bail. He self-surrendered at the FBI Office this morning.
Whittemore was released fro U.S. Marshal's custody shortly after 5pm Thursday.
On July 26, a check will be done to ensure the attorneys are ready for trial. On August 7, the trial will begin with Judge Hicks ruling.
