RENO, Nev. (MyNews4.com & KRNV) --The Reno Bighorns are set to host their annual summer youth basketball camp at Damonte Ranch High School.

The camp, which will be led by current head coach and other Bighorns players, will take place July 22 through July 25, from 9 a.m. to noon each day. The camp is designed for girls and boys of all skill levels, ages 6-16 and tuition is $100.

The goal of the camp is to provide each camper with the fundamentals of basketball, including shooting, passing, ball handling, rebounding, defense and team play. The camp offers skill development, individual instruction, and basketball games.

“We look forward to getting out in the Reno community to promote the Bighorns and teach
Reno's youth how the pros play basketball,” said Abelson.

Each camp participant will receive a Bighorns t-shirt, two tickets to Bighorns opening night for the 2014-15 season, certificate of appreciation, and camp awards.
Bighorns head coach, Joel Abelson, will lead the camp, along with current Bighorns players.
