Reno Bighorns and Saint Mary's Regional Medical Center put on a fair promoting healthy living today called "Building a Better You.” The fair focused on teaching healthy eating and exercising habits.
Officials with the Bighorns say they teamed up with Saint Mary’s because the Bighorns are committed to living healthy and being fit.
Other health organizations also joined in to help inform the public of healthy living. Workers with Saint Mary's say that staying health conscious is very important. Today's Health Fair took place right before the Bighorns game against the Idaho Stampede.
