HEAVENLY MOUNTAIN, Calif./Nev. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) -- Heavenly is opening its halfpipe for the first time in five seasons.
Heavenly says they collaborated with Snow Park Technologies to build the pipe in record time (nine days) and it is currently the only halfpipe in South Lake Tahoe.
The halfpipe will open at noon on Saturday, Jan. 19. The halfpipe can be accessed via Canyon Express Chairlift on the California side of the mountain inside High Roller Terrain Park, which will also be opening for the first time this season on Saturday
