RENO, Nev. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) -- Today, Senator Dean Heller announced he plans to reintroduce legislation that would permanently extend the current ban on Internet access taxes.
Under the permanent law, state and local governments are barred from imposing new taxes on Internet access and prohibit multiple taxes on e-commerce.
Heller says Nevandans should be able to access the Internet without penalties from the federal government.
