Reno, NV (KRVN & MyNews4.com)-- Police have identified a person of interest in a hit and run case that has left two pedestrians hospitalized.
According to police reports, The Reno Police Department Major Accident Investigation Team has identified Tyler Cowan as a person of interest in a hit and run that took place just before midnight on November 7th. Police say Cowan has been labeled a person of interest because he owns a black 1999 Buick Regal, that matches the description of suspect vehicle in the hit and run.
Police stressed that Cowan was only a person of interest and not officially a suspect.
The Reno Police Department are still asking for the public’s help in identifying the suspect. Anyone with information relating to the hit and run or the suspect is asked contact the Reno Police Department at 334-2115, or Secret Witness at 322-4900.
