RENO, Nev. (MyNews4.com & KRNV) -- Gabe Kennedy, the victim in the South Reno Hit and Run case, arrived in Washington state on Friday. Kennedy will receive treatment at a rehab center for his severe neurological blockages, several broken bones, and the loss of his right leg.

An arrest report says 40-year-old Myree Townsend, the woman who allegedly hit Kennedy, avoided authorities for 13 days before surrendering to police with a written statement. The image consultant did not spend time in the Washoe County Jail.
The report says Townsend is charged with a felony, and could face 2-15 years in Nevada prison.
