"Judge" Tatro, and I use that word loosely, isn't fit to be on the bench. He has no legal training or experience. (Nevada is 1 of 11 states, that anyone with a HS diploma and no felonies can be a judge.) Uses his position to make decisions based on personal bias and prejudice. I have personally on several occasions in HIS COURTROOM, witnessed his decisions based on perjury and blantant lies. He has refused to allow the truth to be told along with supporting evidence to back it up. All because his personal bias was all that matters. His rulings are always in favor of "information" from "the good old boy club" even when proven to be lies. To blame someone's actions on Video Games is just looking for an excuse to avoid responsibility for your decisions and actions. Millions have played them and never hurt anyone or anything. As for being a suspect? Any judge no matter what field of law you're in, has enemies or they wouldn't be doing something right or wrong,(Child custody and spousal abuse are very good examples of what is wrong with judges.) and that includes Law Enforcement that might think he didn't screw someone as he should of. But when a "judge" that trumples on and completely disregards your rights to due process in court, as Tatro does, all I can say is you reap what you sow. Ever wonder why vigilante justice is alive and well in the US? Judge Tatro is a good example of why.

Any judge, at any level of court, that isn't packing heat in this day and age of indiscriminate violence, is completely NAIVE! The willingness of idiots like "nubgnngs42" to use deadly force violence in this society compels anyone in the public eye; police, judges, elected officials, etc. to learn and be prepared to protect themselves. Anyone that makes decisions that can negatively impact another person's life is at risk. SORRY state of our culture. Many studies have consistently concluded that the violent video games of the last 20 years have created a whole generation of now adults who are emotionally numb with no moral or ethical restrictions or conflicts in carrying out indiscriminate violence, even at a deadly force level. Its so easy to kill on the video games with no remorse or guilt, it becomes just as easy to kill in real life without a second thought to the implications/outcome. Note to parents: Don't ever let your kids get started on the video game culture, it will eat their brains. Make them get outside and play sports or something that involves social interaction with real human beings. OK, I am done with my public service announcement. :)

I would place nubgnngs42 at the top of my suspects list if I were investigating this crime. I also wonder if it is wise for KRNV to mapquest the the judge's home address for the entire world to know? A little discretion would be advised on that, seeing how many nuts there are in this world.

I guess he made a few enemies in his POOR RULINGS. Maybe if he had any experience in LAW other then setting on a bench and playing GOD, this wouldn't have happened. Or maybe judge, you should start wearing a gun now! You have no problem taking away other's rights to do so for their protection.
