HAWTHORNE, Nev. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) -- Homes for Our Troops (www.homesforourtroops.org) will present keys Sat, Mar. 30 to Army Specialist Tim Hall. Hall lost both of his legs in a mortar attack in Afghanistan.

The event will begin at 11 a.m.

Specialist Hall was six months into his first deployment when he lost both of his legs as the result of a mortar attack while at his Forward Operating Base in Afghanistan on June 10, 2010. The home will provide Hall with maximum freedom of movement and the ability to live more independently. The project is being funded through the generosity of the Nevada Military Support Alliance.
