House Explosion in Northwest Reno Destroys Home

RENO, Nev. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) - A house exploded around 8:35 pm Thursday in the 800 block of Stoker Avenue. According to firefighters with the Reno Fire Department, the explosion led to a blaze that fully engulfed the 1,800 sq. ft. home when they arrived on-scene.

Officials said no one was hurt in the incident; residents were outside when they arrived to put out the fire. The house has been deemed a complete loss.
