RENO, Nev. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) -- Reno Police have released the identity of the man allegedly murdered by Julian Acox, 22.
Police say the victim is 32-year-old Merlin Herrald who resided in the Elko area.
Acox turned himself in on Feb. 17 at Washoe County Sheriff's Office.
The incident happened Feb. 2 on Sutro after Acox allegedly shot Herrald.
