LAS VEGAS (AP) — A judge refused to reduce bail for a woman awaiting a preliminary hearing of allegations that she set fire to her Las Vegas pet shop with 27 puppies inside.

Las Vegas Justice of the Peace Janiece Marshall said Tuesday she had no evidence that court records of Gloria Eun Hye Lee's December 2011 escape conviction in California were a mistake.

Lee is jailed on $310,000 bail to await a Feb. 27 preliminary hearing.

Her co-defendant, Kirk Bills, was arrested Friday in Crown Point, Ind.

He's in jail in Lake County, Ind., awaiting transfer in custody to Las Vegas.

Prosecutors say Bills is seen on video igniting a fire early Jan. 27 at Lee's Prince and Princess pet store, while Lee collects files.

Sprinklers doused flames and firefighters rescued the dogs.
