RENO, Nev. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) -- A Washoe County District judge is deciding not to force a mentally impaired woman to have an abortion.
After weeks of hearings, an agreement between all parties involved was tentatively set early this morning to help the 32-year-old through her medically high risk pregnancy.
The woman's legal guardian tells News 4, the court agreed the ward wants to carry the pregnancy to term, and evidence so far doesn't show it's medically necessary to abort.
News 4 has a crew working right now to dig deeper into this decision. We'll bring you more this afternoon on News 4 at 4, 5 and 6.
