Jury finds Three Men Guilty of Beating Death at Party

The three men accused of beating 20-year-old Jared Hyde to death at a party in February, were found guilty of second degree murder by a jury in court yesterday.

According to Judge Steven Elliott's office, Robert Schnueringer, 20, Andrue Jefferson, 19, and Zachary Kelsey, 18 will be sentenced in Washoe County District Court on January 24, 2013.

Hyde died from his injuries a few days after being beaten at a party in Lemmon Valley.

I certainly hope that the judge in this case gives these 3 murderers the maximum sentence possible for this pointless murder of Jared. There are certain moral boundaries once crossed, that there is no going back. These men should never be released into society ever again. They have no value for human life. Put them away for good. The pain they caused this young man's family will be a life sentence for them.

It's SECOND degree murder. There is no death penalty for that. If you were the Father of one of these three you'd be whining for mercy for your son.

I am hoping these three bastards get the death penalty because that's what they deserve. If I were the father of the victim,I would enforce my OWN death sentence to all three of them!
