RENO, Nev. ( & KRNV) -- Last week, Tesla confirmed they broke ground near Reno as a possible location for their new Gigafactory.

The groundwork is taking place at the Tahoe Reno Industrial Center, and Director Lance Gilman says if Tesla wanted to, they could have poured concrete within the last ten days.

"They're kind of at a break point, and as I just mentioned the building is looking to be more like 6-million-ft. than 5, and so their going through some planning stages within their company," Gilman said.

Gilman went on to say negotiations are still ongoing among other states, but says Nevada has bragging rights because no other states are working on a site at this time.

For crying out loud. You are a journalism site. Can you not get the correct uses of "their" and "they're" into your articles? "THEY'RE going through some planning stages" And we wonder about Nevada's educational standings....
