RENO, Nev. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) -- Lawlor Events Center, which provides Guest Services for University of Nevada, Reno Wolf Pack Football and Basketball games in addition to commercial and community events, is hiring for their upcoming season.

Positions will be available for Guest Services, which entails gate staff, ushers, ticket scanners, bag searchers, field personnel and security.

Lawlor is looking for people who are dynamic; customer service oriented and have a positive “can do” attitude. Applicants must be able to stand for six hours or move in all weather conditions, walk distances, climb stairs, hold electronic ticketing equipment and read information on the tickets. These positions are part-time seasonal, successful candidates make $9/hr up to 100 hours and $10/hr after 100 hours on the job.

Prospective applicants should apply in person only at the Lawlor Events Center administrative offices; 1500 N. Virginia Street (Corner of 15th & N. Virginia St) on the campus of University of Nevada, Reno. If time permits, immediate interviews may be possible, with hiring paperwork to be completed same day. Please bring identification acceptable for completing an I-9 form verifying identity for employment. Applications are accepted Monday – Friday 9:00am-12:00pm and 1:00pm– 4:00pm.
