CARSON CITY, Nev. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) -- State lawmakers will get a first hand look next week at the results of an audit of prison sentencing in Nevada.
That audit was conducted after a Fact Finder investigation showed discrepancies in the way sentences were being calculated, and it found that mistakes do happen one percent of the time.
The Senate Judiciary Committee will hear the results of the audit at a hearing Tuesday morning at 9 in Carson City.
